Robin Dicks
Robin has over 15 years experience in Professional and Financial Services Marketing, for The Royal Bank of Scotland, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and Standard and Poor’s.
Some of the projects and successful outcomes he has delivered include:
- Creating a customer and market insight department providing much better insight into what drove customer satisfaction, propensity to buy, and the financial payback from this
- Clearly defining how to identify and design clear service requirements. Equipping and training staff to deliver these, thereby improving retention and ability to cross sell
- Designing and implementing a completely revised way of managing contacts within a professional service firm. This included resolving not only software and processes but, more importantly, the "soft" issues around user adoption and benefit. The end result dramatically increased logged sales, and data on key clients through far more employees using the common systems

thinking and market awareness events, courses and briefings. He has also lectured at Henley Management College, Regent’s Business School
and Cranfield School of Management. - Robin has contributed a chapter on gaining strategic and financial benefits of CRM in the Practice Management Handbook (2nd Edition)
