Client and Market Research

We undertake cost effective client and market research studies for firms. As well as the insight that helps create improved results over the coming months and years, our work produces an immediate return on investment.

We can help identify strengths and weaknesses, client relationships which are at risk, or where greater opportunities to do increased work exist. Typically in the work we do for clients, we uncover opportunities in around one-third of their client relationships, and risks of losing clients in one-sixth. Acting on this information produces major returns for our clients.

Other information we provide enables clients to direct their investment, communications, and service range to areas where the investment will bear fruit. We also help clients ensure that they position themselves better than competitors and thus can grow profitable market share over time.

Specifically we can undertake in depth face to face interviews, telephone interviews, online and hard copy surveys, focus groups, and a variety of other techniques ? but always based on what is right for our clients objectives. We're not a factory and we don't stack up volumes of "routine" responses.

We also help clients with their own in-house research programmes, by providing cost effective advice and help to ensure they get the best possible results, and insight that is truly usable and successfully delivers what they need.

Strategic Marketing

We help firms develop the marketing and corporate strategies that deliver improved financial results. By working with clients, we help them determine which markets are most attractive, and how to successfully grow business and customer numbers within these markets.

We also help firms understand gaps in the market and where market needs are not met by competitors offers or by their fee structures. All these areas lead to enhanced ability to acquire customers and to successfully launch services with high market demand.

Client Retention and Development/Client Relationship Management

Often firms know they should be able to improve their results and competitive performance by being better able to retain and develop key client relationships. We help firms identify how to do this and then how to actually deliver the improvements.

We do this based on what help will provide most value to the client. Our research covers and benchmarks over 500 firms which allows us to identify the areas will have biggest payback for clients.
