Rob describes the outcome of their efforts to and makes the extremely valid point that “it is productivity that is the crucial factor for us all”.

The efforts to engage all employees through involvement in something socially valuable, and to create more equitable reward and use client satisfaction as a key input to individual assessment have all made substantive differences.

Those firms who are focusing on logging at leading rather than lagging indicators of their performance are increasingly looking at these areas too.
